How do I get all of my data off of quickbooks

Here’s how you can safely export your information from QuickBooks Online.

If you want to export your Reports, follow these steps:

1. On the left side of your screen, click Reports.
2. Select which report you want to export.
3. Customize the date range so it includes all the information you need.
4. Click the Export button beside the Print icon.
5. Choose how you want your reports to be exported.

If you want to export your company data, here’s how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the top-right corner of your screen.
2. Under Tools, select Export Data.
3. Customize the date range for the data you'd like to export.
4. Click Export to Excel to download the file.

If you want to download attachments, follow these:

1. Click the Gear icon, then choose Attachments under Lists.
2. Select Batch Actions, and then click Export.

Once you’ve cancelled your subscription, you’ll still have read-only access to your data for one year. After that, your data will be permanently deleted from the system, so be sure to export and save everything you need before cancelling.
