The option to switch to the traditional Desktop View flowchart has been removed or inactivated for the majority of QBO users in the latest update.
This change is part of Intuit's transition to the new QuickBooks Online experience, which offers a modern, all-in-one integrated interface designed for enhanced usability and a streamlined workflow.
While we understand that these adjustments may take some time as you adapt from the traditional Desktop View for navigation, please note that we cannot restore the toggle for Desktop View in your account.
As part of these modifications, you'll be using the updated QBO interface, which you're seeing now. Rest assured, this new layout simplifies navigation and makes key features more accessible.
