how do I print account a history for general ledger accounts?

We appreciate you reaching out to the Community, @swelkstreasurer161. The simplest way to print your account history is by pulling up the General Ledger report. You can also filter it down to a specific account if needed. Here's how:

  1. In the left side menu, go to Reports and search for General Ledger
  2. Set your date range.
  3. If you'd like to see transactions for a specific account, use the Customize button, and select Distribution Account as a filter to narrow it down.
  4. Click the Print icon in the top right to print.

Once done, you'll have a complete view of your transaction history across all your accounts..
