Intuit generally communicates through emails for billing and subscription updates. You can review your email if you need to know your monthly billing details. But if you require additional information, I have another option on how you can get the receipt in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Moman.
You can navigate to the Subscriptions and billing page to capture a screenshot. This will allow you to save a copy directly to your computer, as the option to print the receipt is not available. Below are the steps to guide you through the process:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Subscriptions and billing tab.
- Review the provided information.
- Click View payment history to access the bills.

You may want to update or change your payment method in QuickBooks Online. This can be done easily by navigating to the "Billing & Subscription" section in your account settings, where you can manage your payment preferences: Manage Billing, Payment, and Subscription info.
