How do I remove Intuit financing & credit card offers from my estimate accept/decline message?

I'd love to assist you here promptly, @GeorgeTheCat. However, to give you the most accurate solution, please provide a screenshot of what you've encountered.

In the meantime, please be aware that QuickBooks Online has recently introduced an exciting new feature called Intuit Financing, which is subject to credit approval through Intuit Credit Karma's marketplace.

This new feature is automatically turned on and will be triggered if the amount in your estimate exceeds two thousand, which causes the Intuit financing and credit card offers to appear in your estimates.

To turn this off and remove it for the upcoming estimates, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Accounts and Settings.
  3. Hover to the Sales section.
  4. Locate Financing, then click its Pencil icon.
  5. Tick the Switch icon to turn it off.
  6. Click Save, then Done.

For further information about this new feature, please refer to this article: Understand QuickBooks Online customer financing options.

Once done, send an example estimate to your email to see if the Intuit financing and credit card offers are still available. If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our phone support team. They have the necessary tools and expertise to check the cause of this issue further.
