To turn off the online payment options on invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO), you'll need to adjust your invoice settings, Logan. Follow the steps given below:
- In your QBO, click on the gear icon in the upper right corner.
- Select Account and Settings from the menu.
- Access the Sales tab on the left side menu.
- Scroll down to the Online delivery section.
- In the dropdown menu under Email options for invoices, if an Online invoice is selected, change it to either HTML or Plain Text on your preference.
- Next to the dropdown, uncheck the box labeled PDF Attached if you do not want the invoice PDF attached to emails.
- Scroll to the top or bottom and click on Save and then on Done to confirm and apply your changes.
