I added 2 users. one has been able to login but the other one can't. I tried to get tech support to fix it because we are using correct email and password. The password reset isn't working. And options not provided to solve the issue.
It's good to know that the other user can log in. Let’s check if the other one is just experiencing a browser issue, or if this has something to do with his or her account.
Please have the other user sign in to QuickBooks using a private or incognito browser. This will disable the browser extensions and stops the cache from saving your browsing data.
If the user can log in, please have her or him go back to using a regular browser and clear its cache. If still can't, they can try other browsers.
