How do I speak to someone for QB international?

Currently we have one company in the US, but would like to start a company in Costa Rica and be able to invoice in their currency. But I have been hitting a brick wall trying to speak to someone in Sales for international QB online

Do you have a local mobile number for Costa Rica?

Alternatively, you can ask a ProAdvisor (Global version) in another country to sign up for a new QBO Global account and transfer Primary Admin access to you. You can use your local US mobile number to manage the account later

How do I speak to someone for QB international?

Beforehand, please know that each company file is its own paid subscription, but you access them with the same sign-in info. To add a new company from Costa Rica, you can visit QuickBooks pricing page and select the subscription option you want. You can also connect with our Sales support from there by clicking the Chat with sales tab.



Otherwise, you can follow the steps below:
 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. From the Search tab, select any article.
  3. Click Contact Us.
  4. Pick a topic or enter your concern, then select Continue.
  5. Choose Chat with us or Have us call you.
