How do I talk to a human?

We have changed how you can reach them out to a more advanced and authenticated connection. That's why Customer Support for QuickBooks is only available once you are logged into your account. To do this, you can simply follow the steps provided below.

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose the Get a callback option.
