How do I talk to a live person to help me

I'll be happy to assist you in reconciling accounts in QuickBooks Online.

 

Reconciling accounts help make sure that your QuickBooks transactions match your real-life bank and credit card statements.

 

Before starting the reconciliation, you'll want to review your opening balance first. It needs to match the balance of your real-life bank account for whatever day you choose to start tracking the account in QuickBooks.

 

Once done, you can now proceed with reconciling. Below is the step by step process:

 

  1. Click Accounting from the left menu, then select Reconcile.
  2. Select the appropriate bank or credit card account from the Account drop-down.
  3. Check the Last statement ending date. Then, review the Beginning balance.
  4. Enter the Ending balance and Ending date as they're written on your bank statement.
  5. Then, click Start reconciling.1.PNG
  6. When you're ready, start with the first transaction on your bank statement.
  7. Find the same one in the Reconciliation window in QuickBooks.
  8. Compare each transaction on your statement with what's in QuickBooks. The difference between your statement and QuickBooks should be $0.00.
  9. Click Finish now, then Done.

How do I talk to a live person to help me

I can't get into my Quickbooks since the update yesterday so I can't go to HELP and find a phone number to call.  HELP!!! Please!!  I can't be the only person out here who can't get QuickBooks to open since this update yesterday.  This is the first time this has ever happened since an update and I've been using Quickbooks a long time.  I have QuickBooks Pro2020  Lic#[deleted]
