Yes, lynda is correct that there is no way that you can turn it off. However, if you want not to auto-fill the vendor's address you can edit the vendor's information and remove the address. 

 

Here's how: 

  1. In the Expenses menu, choose Vendors
  2. Click on the vendor's name and choose Vendor Details
  3. Click on the Edit button.
  4. Remove the Address and then click Save

Has the D&B autofill been removed?  It all of a sudden stopped working for me a couple of months ago.  Can't find any info how to bring it back or if it's gone for good.

How do I turn off the dun & bradstreet autofill when entering vendor addresses?

We can perform some troubleshooting steps so we can bring it back again, DP77.

 

You can access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account on a private or incognito window. From there, enter your vendor information and check if the auto-fill populates.

 

Here's are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • For Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • For Safari: Command + Option + P

If the auto-fill populates while using a private window, go to back your regular browser and clear its cache. Stored cache usually causes unusual behavior that affects the performance of your QBO account. 

 

You can also switch to a different browser. 

 

For future reference, you can pay your bills through Pay bills: Enter And Pay Bills.

What in the world would browser cache have anything to do with this?  This is a QBO feature.  If it was browser related then why is the same issue happening with the app???
