How do I unlock my card if it was frozen due to fraud alert

Your banking institution can review and verify your card to activate it, scarlton1002.

 

I recommend reaching out to your bank. Your banking institution needs to review and verify your account to unlock it.

 

After unlocking your account, to download the latest transactions in QuickBooks Online, you will need to update your bank information on the platform.

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions and select Bank Transactions.
  2. Select the bank and click the pencil icon.
  3. Choose Edit sign-in info.
  4. Enter your credentials.
  5. Click Save and connect.
