How do I unsubscribe?

Thanks for joining us here in the Community, @userhello22flowers.

 

You can unsubscribe your QuickBooks Online from the Account and Settings section of your account. You've got me here to walk you through the process.

 

When cancelling your account, your data will be accessible in a read-only file for up to a year. You can pick up where you left off if you decide to come back. I suggest printing your forms and reports before the cancellation in case you'll need this information in the future.

 

Here's how to cancel your account:

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Press on Account and Settings.
  3. Select the Billing and subscription tab.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, hit on Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
  5. Click on Continue to cancel, then tick on Continue to cancel again (if applicable).
  6. Follow the next steps.
  7. Tap on Submit and cancel subscription.
  8. Hit on Got it.
