How do you change timesheet settings?

Hi there, Shawn 

In QuickBooks Time, the Customers and sub-customers field is set to active by default. It ensures that time entries are linked to the appropriate customers for proper job costing and reporting.

 

Changing this field's status within the Customize your timesheets page is unavailable, which is why the option appears grayed out.
