Are you referring to the order of the Bookmarks as they appear in the web browser you're using with QuickBooks Online? The steps for doing this will change based on which browser you're using. Here are the instructions for Google Chrome:

Within the QBO community there is a menu in top right corner that has a bookmark option so that when I search for specific instructions, I can save them for future use, within QB community, NOT the actual bookmarks for browser. The problem is, I cant find those bookmarks after they've been saved. Where are They?

I appreciate you taking the time joining this conversation. Allow me to chime in and help walk you through locating your bookmarks in the Community.
Just to confirm, are you referring to the 3 dots on the upper-right?
If so, the bookmarked article/instruction will be saved in your Community profile (My Subscriptions). To check it, here's how:
1. Click the Circle (image) icon at the upper in the upper right, then pick My Subscriptions on the drop-down.
2. Select the My Bookmarks tab to see all your bookmarks.
This should point you in the right direction. Please let me know how it goes or if you're referring to something else in the comment section. I'll be here if you need further assistance. Have a good one.
I am following the instructions provided but my circle image does not have the options mentioned. When I click on the circle image I get the options for "My Profile" and "Sign Out." I am using Safari, and I just registered for QuickBooks Community. Would that affect the ability to show "My Subscriptions"?
I am able to save bookmarks, I just can't find where to view them.

I can help you with the instructions on how to locate your saved bookmarks within the Community.
You can still check your saved bookmarks with the two options that you have when clicking your profile circle.
1. Click on your profile circle.
2. Select My Profile.
3. Press the Edit button beside of "Member profile."
4. Pick Subscriptions & Notifications.
5. Choose Bookmarks.
Now you're able to look into your saved bookmarks.

I recommend trying to open the Community in a private browser on your Mac. This will allow the webpage to run without collecting data. To do this, you can press Command + Shift + N once you're in Safari. Now go to community.intuit.com, login, and follow the steps my colleague @Candice C mentioned above.

I also tried using a chrome browser and I am getting the same information. Any other recommendations?

The user interface has changed a lot and I don't see any subscription or bookmarks at all. Here's a screenshot of my profile page
I tried to bookmark 3 pages for reference later but can't seem to find it anywhere.
