How do you fix the Employer address on the QBO-generated pay stubs if the business address and work location addresses have already been updated?

I've updated the relevant employee profiles to ensure they show the correct work location. Yet their pay stubs don't reflect the change, even though it was made 2 weeks ago.

It's great to know that you've already updated the business address and work location of your employees. Nonetheless, you'll have to contact our Payroll Support Team to help you update your employees' primary work location. They can also provide you with additional information to make everything settled. Here’s how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the ? Help button at the top right corner.
  3. Select Contact Us.

  4. Enter a brief discussion with your concern, then click Continue.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us.
