Welcome and thanks for getting in touch with us today. I'm here to help you print your invoices for Window envelopes.

 

You can customize the print settings of your sales transactions in the Custom Form Styles window. Here are the steps you need to do:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Custom Form Styles.
  3. Select the invoice template you're using.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. On the Design tab, click Edit print settings.
  6. Mark the Fit printed form with paystub in window envelope tick box.
  7. Click Done.

Another option is through the printer settings when printing the invoice. Here's how:

  1. Open the invoice transaction.
  2. At the bottom, click Print or Preview.
  3. Select Print or Preview again the click Print.
  4. Choose Envelope #10 for the Paper size.
  5. Click Print.
