There could be two reasons as to why you're not able to select the Get a callback option from the contact us menu:
Support Hours: Plus, Essentials, Simple Start M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT and Saturday 6 AM to 3 PM PT Advanced, any time, any day
When you click the Help icon, it brings you to a QB Assistant instead of allowing you to hit the Contact Us button.
If the steps bring you to a QB Assistant, enter your question there. In the end, you can still speak to a human by typing Request a Callback.
Follow the steps below to get a callback if the support hours were the reason.
Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
Click the Contact Us button.
Give a brief description of the problem and tap Let's talk.
Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
