How does one connect with a live person to address an issue? Following the steps only gets me a robot. Asking for a call back only gets me a robot. Can someone call me?

Let me walk you through on how to connect with a live support, usermessrescueowner.

 

You need to log into your QuickBooks Online account and contact us from there. Here are the steps you can follow:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us:
    • Start a chat with a support expert.
    • Get a callback from the next available expert.
  6. If you choose the Get a callback option, we'll be able to call you.

 

Meanwhile, we provide answers to certain questions, like steps and articles, here in the Intuit Community forum. Hence, we're unable to initiate a call in this forum.

 

You can follow the steps above to get in touch with a live support representative.

Thanks for your reply. I’ve done that and the call back comes from a robot. I never seem to make it to a live person.

I specifically need to speak to someone about funds withheld for the last month. The robot on the call back is not helpful.

I’m not sure that my response has gone through. I’m not seeing it posted. I’m quite frustrated at the all around difficulty in trying to resolve a situation.

If you have a QuickBooks Payments account, you can easily take and process payments in QuickBooks. However, if you’re encountered funds being held, no need to worry, QuickBooks reviews the payment first to ensure everything is in place.

 

A holdback may be placed when something unexpected happens to your transactions such as:

 

  • When your payment processing exceeds the established maximum dollar amount expected on your account.
  • When a transaction is processed after several authorization attempts and failures.
  • When certain transactions require verification of your business type to ensure it is compliant with the Intuit Acceptable Use Policy.
  • When our systems identify processing patterns that pose a risk to any of the parties involved: You, your customer,or to Intuit.
