How does one setup inventory cases in Quickbooks online?

I'm here to provide some insight regarding inventory that you may find helpful.


To clarify, when you say inventory cases, are you referring to a collection of products and/or services that you sell together? If so, then you can follow these steps to set up a Bundle in QuickBooks Online:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Choose Products and Services.
  3. Click the New button.
  4. Select Bundle.
    - Just a heads up, make sure that all of your items have been set up first before creating the bundle.
  5. Name the Bundle item.
  6. Enter the appropriate items in the Product/Service field and their Quantity.
  7. Click Save and close.
