Since end 2017 I'm an Intuit/ViewMyPaycheck user on Intuit's Quickbooks Web Application Platform.
My Paystubs for 2017 and 2018 are not stored on my account.
QUESTION: How long does Quickbooks store users (employees) paystubs online? It's nowhere stated on your page or addressed in Q & A. Many of my colleagues and I have no access to our paystubs of past year/s. As employees and not accountant of our company we have no further access available to our paystubs online.
Thank you for posting in the Community about this issue. I'm here to help share some information why your 2017 & 2018 pay stubs are not showing on the Workforce Website.
There's no time frame in storing the pay stubs. Regardless of the date, your historical pay stubs should be available when logging in to QuickBooks Workforce.
We are aware of this issue and our Engineering Team is currently working on getting this fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime, I'd suggest reaching out to your employer so they can provide paper pay stubs until we fix this for you.
Also, your employer needs to contact our Online Payroll Specialist so that their account will be added to the list of the affected users. This way, our team can sign them up to receive email updates as soon as your historical pay stubs become available.
Please bear with us, while we're working for a permanent fix.
Keep me posted if you have additional questions I can help you with. I'm just around the corner if you need anything.
