I'm here to guide you on how to let your customers pay with a credit card using QBO mobile, kbasham.
Before we start, could you please specify the device you're currently using? Is it an Android or an IOS?
It's also worth noting that customer can process their payments with you in various ways using QBO, making it easier for you to keep track of your finances.
In the meantime, if you're using an Android device, you can follow the steps below to process credit card payments:
- On either the Sales Receipt or Receive Payment screen, enter the transaction information. This includes the following:
- Customer
- Date
- Reference number
- Payment amount
- For sales receipts, you'll have to select an item. You can also add a customer message, discount, tax, or shipping fees if you prefer.
- Choose how you'll process the card.
- If swiped, let your customer sign with their finger on the device.
- Once done, Select Charge to process the payment. The transaction will show Credit Card Processed.
- Choose the email to send your customer a sales receipt or payment confirmation, which includes their credit card type, last 4 digits, and transaction authorizations number.
