How to cancel your subscription

I'm glad you've reached out to us. We're sad to let you go but let me guide you on how to cancel your payroll subscription. 

Before canceling your Intuit Online Payroll subscription, make sure that you have: 

• Paid any outstanding tax deposit.
• Filed any outstanding quarterly forms.
• Printed necessary payroll reports.

To cancel your standalone payroll service, here's how: 

1. Select the Setup tab.
2. Click Cancel Service under Billing and Service.
3. Answer the short survey and select Cancel Service.
4. An email will be sent to confirm cancellation.

You may also contact our Intuit Online Payroll Support Team if you need further assistance with the process. 

Here’s how you can contact our support: 

1. Click this link: https://payroll.intuit.com/support/contact/.
2. Select your payroll subscription.
3. Choose Payroll for the topic.
4. Click View Contact Info to get the phone number. 

In addition, if you decided to pay employee/contractors or file forms at year-end you can reactivate your payroll subscription by following the steps in this article: Reactivate account for year-end form filing.

I'd suggest calling our Intuit Online Payroll phone support for a refund request. Also, they have tools to verify  the cause why you're billed again.
