Just to make sure I'm on the same page, which version of QuickBooks are you currently using? If you're using QuickBooks Online, you can change the billing address in the settings area. Here's how:
1. Click the Gear icon in the top right corner.
2. Select Account and Settings.
3. Choose Billing & Subscription.
4. Click the small pencil icon next to your payment method to edit.
5. This will open the Wallet where you'll be able to edit the billing address.
