I'm considering to move from sage 50 to quickbooks online, for the current version of sage 50 2020, can I still covert the files to quickbooks desktop version, then convert to QBO? Can quickbooks online support team still help going through that process?
Hello there, AV Waterjet.
We still support the conversion process of your Sage 50 company file to QuickBooks Desktop then to the online version. However, there can be limitations on what's converted and not due to product differences.
Let's ensure that you have the system requirements to successfully convert from Sage 50 to QuickBooks Desktop. Then, from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
Our Customer Support Care has resources that will seamlessly walk you through the detailed step. You can contact them and they'll help you through it. You can use this link to contact us: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
