I know you're looking to make some changes to an older timesheet. Please know, we can only unlock time entries that are within the last 90 days.
Anything older than that is automatically locked. It is a security feature designed to protect your records, helping prevent unauthorized changes that could compromise sensitive information, such as pay stubs, W-2s, and other historical data.
Additionally, it ensures that any corrections are made within the same quarter, which is crucial for your company's tax reporting.
If you need to make changes to a timesheet that is more than 90 days old, we can contact our QuickBooks Time Live support team for assistance. They may have a separate process or tool to handle such requests, as it's not possible to do it yourself within the standard functionality.
