In QuickBooks, we can do this by using the Business Network feature to disconnect them under the Customer section.
Here's how to get it done:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
- Go to either the Customers list, depending on who you want to disconnect.

- Find the person or company and click the Business Network icon.
- Finally, select Remove.
