You can log in to the Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) to look for your account information. I can walk you through in doing so.

1. Go to this link: https://camps.intuit.com/.
2. Click a product or go to the Products and Services section.
3. Click Details to see your license or subscription number.
