QuickBooks relies on your sales channel for data integration, Karen. This means only the data Stripe allows you to import will appear in QBO.
To confirm if invoices are included, I suggest contacting Stripe's support team. They can provide accurate information about what data can be shared with QuickBooks through the integration.
In the meantime, you can manually import your invoices by clicking the Gear icon, then select Import Data.
