How to get warning pop-ups back

We can check your preferences and ensure that the Turn off pop-up messages for product and services box is unchecked. Please follow the steps I've outlined below:

1. In your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), go to the Edit tab.
2. Then, choose Preferences.
3. Next, select General.
4. From there, click the My Preferences tab.
5. Unchecked the Turn off pop-up messages for product and services box.
6. Once done, select OK.
7. Then, create an invoice or bill again to check if you'll now see the warning message.

You can also set report preferences in QBDT in case you want to customize your report to fit your style and business needs.

He has that box unchecked already. I don't believe that would fix it anyway, as that is regarding "products and services".

BUT GOOD NEWS! There is a box above that one that says "bring back all one time messages". I checked that box and it seems to have fixed the issue. I had logged out of my username and logged in with his username on MY computer. I have not tested this on his computer. I don't believe that will make a difference, but we'll see when he comes in.
