How to have proposal print instead of going to save file then windows does not know how to print proposal. I want to print directly from print screen

Welcome to the QuickBooks Community, FW2. I will be delighted to assist you. Before we begin, I will like for you to verify something for me. When you go to select Print, is your printing destination set to Save as a PDF instead of your printer name? This could be the issue why the estimate is being saved as a form. In the meantime, here are the steps to print a proposal/estimate:

  1. Select +New and choose Estimate.
  2. Add the necessary information.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, select Print or Preview and click the option(Print or Preview) above it.
  4. As seen in the picture below, ensure that the destination is correct and select Print.

Please let me know if you are still experiencing difficulties, and we will tackle this from a different approach. I will be looking out for your response. Take care for now.
