The search field option is designed so you can easily look into accounts or information faster. Thus, enabling it is unavailable.
But if you're looking into disregarding the ads for the new feature, you can click the X, or No, thanks button to remove it. You can also follow these steps so it won't show up again.
- Go to Edit, then Preferences.
- Choose General from the side navigation panel, then the My Preferences tab.
- Tick the Turn off pop-up messages for products and services box.
- Click OK.
