How to increase the font and icon size in desktop QuickBooks

Hi Tax Filer, I appreciate your efforts in adjusting the font and icon size in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT).

Currently, there is no direct way to adjust it in QBDT, except within the Reports section.

However, you can modify your Windows Scale settings to adjust these sizes. Please note that this will affect the appearance of all applications on your computer.

To make these changes, you can follow these steps:

1. In QBDT, go to Edit and click Preferences.
2. Select Desktop View and navigate to the My Preferences tab.
3. Click the Display button in the WINDOWS SETTINGS section (It will route you to Windows display settings).
4. Adjust the Scale setting to a higher value, like 125%, to increase font and icon sizes.
5. Restart QuickBooks and your computer to apply the changes.
