Congrats on making your first post here in the Community. After looking further into this issue, I've discovered that there isn't an option available to make an item inactive in QuickBooks Point of Sale. However, I'm going to personally submit feedback to our Product Developers so they can consider this in one of the upcoming releases. They take the feedback given by customers very seriously.
