How to manage a client which did not renew subs, which wants copy of deleted data

A whole complete year has past and the data was deleted on November 08 2020, My client didn't renew subs and the QuickBooks data was deleted, and now the client wants to get a back-up copy of the data? or access to renew subs, what solution are they for clients like this?

I have tried on many times to contact this client for the renewal of the subs, now the data was deleted a few days ago the client now wants a copy of the data, or access to renewal, what is best course of action in a case like this?

It is Intuit policy to dispose the file after one year. You should ask your ex-client to contact Support directly to verify the policy.

I think after one-year data can not be recoverable if you don't have the backup file.
