How to print chart of accounts number on printed checks?

I know that it would be best to have an option to attach the Chart of Accounts number to printed checks. So, we encourage you to share this feedback with our product engineers so they can consider adding this feature in future updates.

Here’s how you can submit your feedback:

  1. Go to the Gear icon in your software.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter a brief description of your product suggestion.
  4. Click Next to submit it.

Alternatively, if you need the COA number both for internal tracking and to appear on the printed check, you can enter the COA number in the memo field located at the lower-left corner of the check.

If you prefer the COA number to be visible only on the printed check, you can use the text box (found in the upper-right corner when printing), customize its position on the check, and then print it. Please sample screenshot:

In case you need help to display the numbers in the chart of accounts, please refer to Step 1 in this article:
Use account numbers in your chart of accounts.
