There are three sales tax reports that you can run in QuickBooks Online (QBO); these are as follows:
- Sales Tax Liability - this report shows how much sales tax you've collected and how much you owe to tax agencies. Under the Tax Amount column, you'll see the amount of the tax.
- Taxable Sales Summary - this report shows your total sales of taxable products and service.
- Taxable Sales Details - this report details your sales of taxable products and services, including the date, transaction type, customer, quantity, rate, amount, and balance.
