The QuickBooks 2007 is a discontinued version of QuickBooks, this is why you're unable to register it online. Thus, a validation code is needed for you to re-register the program.
I know you've already contacted our Customer Care team about this issue. But I recommend contacting them again to get the code since they will be the one to generate it for you.
To reach them, here's how:
- Open QuickBooks.
- Go to Help, then QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Choose Contact Us.
- Give a brief description of your issue, then hit Continue.
- Pick how you want to get contacted.
Moreover, since your Desktop version is no longer supported, you may consider upgrading it. You can download a trial version of QuickBooks Desktop if you'd like to try before buying it.
