I understand how important it is for your QuickBooks invoices to reach your customers' inboxes properly, especially for business communication, @RSSgj. I'll share my insight to help ensure smooth email delivery moving forward.

The primary reason the emails from QuickBooks are ending up in the spam folder is that your customer's email providers might be blocking emails from the intuit domain.

To fix this, here are a few steps you can share with your customers

  1. If they find a QuickBooks email in their spam or junk folder, they can mark it as Not Spam or Not Junk. This helps their email provider identify QuickBooks emails as safe going forward.
  2. Ask them to add Intuit as a trusted domain in their email settings. This ensures future messages, like invoices, don’t get blocked.
  3. Add Intuit as trusted site in the browser.

I understand this situation isn't what you expected, RSSgj.

Let’s look into this and find the right solution to make this experience better for you.

Could you provide more details about the issue you mentioned long, detailed reply did not go. Your system errored out? Are you having trouble submitting the reply within the thread or the Community forum, or are you unable to see the posted reply to your original post?

Now, if you're unable to post your reply, did you encounter any specific error messages? Meanwhile, you can access the Community forum using an incognito or private browsing window. Using an incognito or private browsing window can help resolve browser-related issues. Also, you can use a different browser to provide a fresh start and ensure you can post your reply.

Alternatively, if you followed my colleague's recommendation above but the same issue occurs, I suggest reviewing the resource article below. It provides steps to troubleshoot email issues and ensure your customers receive emails promptly: Receive important email messages from Intuit.

If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our live support team for further assistance. They can conduct a screen-sharing session to troubleshoot the problem and provide a resolution.

I'll be here if you have further questions about this.
