How to upload more than 90 days of bank transactions

You've got it, @Shiffletthairsalon14.

You can go beyond the 90-days of transactions downloaded on your initial connection using the WebConnect process. This allows you to obtain file with only the needed information directly from your bank website and upload it to QuickBooks Online (QBO). Here's how:

Uploading More Than 90 Days of Bank Transactions

  1. Navigate to your financial institution's website and sign in. Head to the transaction list and filter it to only include transactions between April 3rd and October 28th.
  2. Look for a Download ⬇ button. If offered different file types, select either (.QBO) or (.CSV).
  3. Head back to QBO and sign in. Navigate to the Banking tab, select the drop-down ▼ next to Update, and click File Upload.
  4. Click Browse, find the file you downloaded, and follow the on-screen instructions to map and upload your transactions.

We also offer a detailed guide on the WebConnect process here that I'm sure you'll find helpful. I've also included a quick video example of this process below:

With these instructions, you'll have those missing transactions added in no time. Please know you can always reach out to me here for anything you need, I'm always up to talk QuickBooks. Thanks for reaching out, wishing you a wonderful rest of your day.
