I was informed that I have to activate Quickbooks 2019 by telephone.  However, there is no number provided.  Please advise.  Thanks.

To isolate this issue, let's check that your company preferences refer to online payments. I'm here to help make sure this gets resolved, so you're able to select a payment method.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Edit and Preferences.
  2. In the Payments section, select Company Preferences.
  3. Choose a payment method under Online Payments.
  4. Click on OK once you're done.

Then, try receiving a payment on the invoice to see if the screen shows up and select a payment method from there.

 

Meanwhile, you're able to get our contact information by pressing F1 on your keyboard while opening QuickBooks. Then, click on the Contact us link.
