I added a new user, she cannot login, she gets an error message that there is no QB company associated with her email?

Let's figure out the possible reasons why an invited user is getting this error message.
First, please make sure that the user opens the correct link on the email. Usually, a user needs to click on the Let's go! link, then create an account or Sign In if he/she already has an existing account.
From there, the user must input the correct username (email) and password associated with his QuickBooks Online account.
If the same behavior happens, you need to redo the invite, by deleting the user's name from the Manage Users page, then re-input the same details. You can use this link as your reference: Add, delete, or change user access.
