Let's figure out a way to have your sidebar menu appear so you can access your Employee Claim list in QuickBooks Online (QBO), Kleemis.
Before we proceed, can you tell me what specific sidebar menu you are trying to access?
If you're referring to the Expenses menu, it's possible that this option was being hidden. To make it appear, you can follow the steps below:
- Open your QBO account.
- Click the pencil icon from the Menu.
- From there, locate and tick the Expenses option.

If the sidebar menu still doesn't appear, log into your QuickBooks account using a private or incognito window to determine if this is a browser-related issue. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to save time:
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: CTRL + Shift + P
- Google Chrome: CTRL + Shift + N
- Microsoft Edge: CTRL + Shift + N
If you can access it using an incognito window, return to your regular browser and clear its cache to refresh the system. You can also use other supported browsers as an alternative.
Moreover, if you're referring to a different menu, please send us a screenshot of it. This will help us understand your concern and give you the right solution.
