Are you using webmail/other email provider or QuickBooks email service? If you're using QuickBooks email service, you may get in touch with our QuickBooks Support Team to help with resetting/recovering your password. Our team has the tools to pull up your account securely and can help you further.

 

For the support's contact information:

 

  1. Go to: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Choose your QuickBooks Product.
  3. Select your QuickBooks version.
  4. On the Contact Us page, click a topic.
  5. Click on the Get Phone Number button to see the support number.

If not, you may need to contact your email provider to help resetting your password.

I contacted your TEAM and they knew just as mush as i do. why do i have to consistently change passwords

45 minutes into it and still no help is there a way to reset a password or what? don't undestand why i have to change it so often causing me to remember sign on cc card and invoices passwords why cant 1 password be sufficient
