I am in Taiwan and no USA phone number but I run a QBO in UAS version. Before I can use chat contact suport or call out to QB, right now, how can I get support?

I need a chat or someone can give a call with phone not in USA.

If you don't have US numbers, you can't request a callback.

I can help you get in touch with our payroll support representatives. Here's how:

 

  1. Visit Contact Us.
  2. Select the Search for something else button.
  3. Then, enter a brief description in the field and tap Search.
  4. Click Start a Message. This will open the How can we help you? page, just fill in the details.
  5. Click Start Chat.

Hello

This is not working.

Before I can start a chat from the contact us, but right now, it is always unavailable. I have tried it in my morning,noon, evening, or midnight as attached.

The only option is "have us call back", why there is no directly line for me to call out?

I have payroll TAX issue, I need to do payroll correction and update the UI rate. 

I really know how to use "contact us"I used to start a chat before. 

But right now, the only option is "have us call you", chat is not available.  (I am a foreigner and have no USA phone)

I really don't know why QBO makes it so difficult to contact support for a foreigner.

In the USA, I all use QBO payroll online.

When you access QuickBooks, the system can identify the current location. If you're using the US version of QBO, you should be able to request a callback or chat with support.

 

Since you're in Taiwan, you can use VPN to chat with our Live Support Team. Our Customer Support for QuickBooks Online Payroll - Core, Premium is available from 6 AM - 6 PM PT (Monday - Friday). For QuickBooks Full Service Payroll, QuickBooks Online Payroll Elite/Premium, any time, any day.

 

Additionally, I recommend visiting the following article to change the SUI rate in QuickBooks: Update your State Unemployment Insurance (SUI) rate in QuickBooks or Intuit Payroll.

Hello

How can I let you believe "chat is currently closed" while I click contact us.

Whatever I use VPN or not (I have all tried) whatever in my daytime or late evening. Chat is always unavailable so far.

I am a QBO advance and payroll premium version. And I have to fix the UI rate but there is an exiting paycheck, so QB ask me to contact support for help. So I am unable to save the change.

I have attached the version for your reference in case you don't believe me.
