When you are locked out of your account, your ability to resubscribe depends on the status of your subscription (either canceled or suspended). If your account service has been discontinued, resubscribing will no longer be available. Only active or eligible accounts can proceed with a subscription renewal.

 

If your subscription has ended, QuickBooks Self-Employed lets you look at your account and get important documents, like tax files, for up to one year.
