Thank you for providing the date and ensuring that all accounts are updated, @rachel.

To retrieve the transactions from 4/24 to 12/24, you don't need to delete and reload the account. Instead, you can download a Comma-Separated Values (CSV) file from your bank's website, and follow your bank's instructions on how to download the CSV files of your transactions to your computer.

Once you have the file, you can import the transactions into QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Open QuickBooks Self-Employed in a web browser.
  2. Navigate to the Gear icon⚙.
  3. Select Import older transactions and then click the account you want to add transactions to.
  4. Choose Browse and find the file you downloaded from your bank. It's usually in your Downloads folder.
  5. Select the file and select Open to start the import.
  6. Review the column headers and data. Make sure the Date, Description, and Amount columns on the CSV match the columns and order in QuickBooks. The other column headers can be in any order.
  7. Click Continue to complete the import.

Once completed, your older transactions will appear in QuickBooks.
