I am missing transactions from 7/25 to 12/25. Can I find these missing transactions?

Hi, someracounseling. You can find your transactions by using filter options in the Transactions menu such as Custom Date, which lets you specify a start and end date to help locate any missing transactions.

To begin, please let us know which bank you’re connected to so we can provide a targeted solution. Then, log in to your bank’s website to check for any maintenance notifications or issues. If everything looks normal, manually refresh your accounts in QuickBooks.

Here’s how:

  1. In the Dashboard, go to the Transactions tab.
  2. Find the Add transaction button and select the dropdown icon.
  3. Click Manage accounts from the dropdown menu.
  4. On the Manage accounts page, click Refresh all to update your transactions.

If transactions are still missing, check the Transactions menu, review your account history, and look for unreviewed transactions.

Please note that when you first connect your accounts, QuickBooks downloads up to a year of transactions. New transactions are downloaded automatically each time you sign in. To add older transactions, export them from your bank and import  them into your QuickBooks account.

Additionally, if you import transactions manually and they already exist in your bank feeds, simply exclude any duplicates to keep your records accurate.
