I am not able to merge a duplicate cust and there is no sub accounts

Hi there, Wissama. Are you receiving an error message when attempting to merge customers? What exactly happens when you try to merge contacts? Having this information will help us provide a more specific resolution to your issue.

In the meantime, let's refresh your browser to clear out any temporary data. Afterward, log out and sign back into your account to establish a fresh connection.

You might want to consider logging into your QuickBooks account using a private browser or incognito mode. This will help you check if there's a problem with your browser, as it won't use stored cache files. You might also want to try using a different browser, such as Google Chrome, for a better QuickBooks experience.

Please make sure that the name entered during the merging process matches exactly. To trigger the merge, the Customer Display Name on the duplicate profile must exactly match the primary profile. If there is even a single extra space at the end of the name, QuickBooks will not recognize it as a duplicate.

Once the names match exactly and you click Save, you should receive a prompt asking if you would like to merge the two.
