I am on the Which Account do you want to connect. I am not able to select an account. The page is frozen. Help

I've tried this on Google Chrome and Safari. Its not the search engine. The bank is Keesler Federal

I appreciate you for trying to use another supported browser, @stuntjodi.

 

One reason why you’re not able to select an account and connect it to QuickBooks Online is because of the bank system errors. We need to make sure that they don’t have any maintenance. You'll want to check your bank's website to see if there are notifications or alerts.

 

 If there is a maintenance issue from your bank, we have an option to manually import your bank transactions to QuickBooks Online in the meantime. You can use this article so you’ll be guided with the process: Manually upload transactions.
